Wants to be an astronaut or tree hugger "I want to work for NASA or stop people from cutting down trees."  Lol.  That was only after I told her doctor or dentist is not the best option if she also wants to be a mom.  Clearly she has not clue, but glad she's open minded!

These two are inseparable.  Averi and Kylee, bffs.  They rode to school together.  And home.  Always.

Mr Kaden didn't get to start school.  But Ryan decided the weekend before school started would be a good time to get more forceful about potty training.  He's been ready for quite awhile, but always resisted.  He would say "No potty, changing table!"  I got Paw Patrol underwear but he wasn't interested.  I even tried once and he cried and cried and pulled his underwear off.  Doing it along with Ryan was the only way it would happen.  Ryan put him in underwear and outside and held firm even when he cried and took off the underwear.  That was it, basically. I found some train underwear, per his request.  And some Lightning Mcqueen (you always need a lot when you start the process). He peed a couple times, usually sitting on the couch.  But he caught on quickly.  He even stayed dry at night.  He pooped once in his underwear the next day, but that was the only messy accident he had. Ever.  We knew he would probably catch on quickly since he hates being messy.  Probably the easiest potty training kid we had, though Sadie was pretty easy also.  He had a few weeks where he was dry at night and during naps.  He was coming out at 6 am to pee, and it was a bit frustrating since he usually sleeps til 7 or 8.  He had a couple accidents when he was super sleepy and/or sick.  And we started putting him in a pullup.  And from then on, he was more often wet than dry.  It works okay for now since he is such a good sleeper.  I guess we will deal with that later.

I had this big digger in my closet for a long time, and he had seen it and wanted it, but when I told him he needed to use the potty he would say, "I don't want the big truck."  He's quite stubborn.  Anyway, once he pooped in the potty, I got it out for him.  And he was so excited.  It happened to bet he first day of school so I got pictures of him like this to document the occasion.
