There was a lot of basketball in February. Between Kaden playing on two teams (1st grade and 2nd grade) and Sadie playing in tournaments and regular season, we also went to a couple Hillcrest games too. It's fun because the Hillcrest boys team is good. It's always fun when we are winners. They are fun to watch. Especially when we know some of them. Sadie had fun with her friends, even if watching basketball isn't her favorite thing.

Sadie decided she wanted a new Valentine's Box. She wanted something to do with books. This is what we came up with. It's super cute.
The young women served at the adults Valentine's dinner. I didn't actually get to go because my husband was in Arizona. And I'm sure I was otherwise busy too.
We went to Girls Camp Boot Camp with our YCLs. Not all of them, just Kylee an Haylie. It was Jen and Kariesa and the girls and me. It was in Island Park and I didn't want to drive up there early in the morning so Kariesa let us stay in her cabin, which was super fun. We stayed up way too late talking.
Sadie had another Book Battle. They missed one little question this time, darn it! There are two groups that hadn't missed any so Sadie and her friends are in 3rd place. (They ended up tied for 2nd in the end. One of the groups missed a question so the winners didn't miss any and Sadie tied for 2nd with the other group.)
The PTO held a Bingo Night for a fundraiser and just a fun activity for the kids. We had a GREAT turnout! Too many, we didn't have enough tables for them all. This was an adventure. Usually the custodian would set out the tables for us. I'm not really sure where the miscommunication happened but he did not. So we were scrambling for a key to get the tables out. Then we were dragging them around getting them set up. We didn't realize we would need so many. Next time we will have to fit more tables. But I think most people had fun! Sherri organized this and she did a great job.
