Mexico- Xplor

Our first excursion was to Xplor Adventure Park.  This place was so cool!  We paid for the photo package so we wouldn't have to worry about taking our phone and taking pictures.  There had to be miles of underground tunnels and rivers with stalactites all over.  There were quite a few different things to do here.  We started with ziplining because it was the most popular.  We had to wait in line for quite a while.  Sadie and Kaden were too small to go alone on some of them so they just put them on with one of us and sent us together.  We didn't realize Sadie was too little to go alone, she just wanted to go with someone on the first line.  So the second line she wanted to go alone and Kaden and I left, along with Kylee.  When Sadie stepped up the guy said she couldn't go alone so Ryan tried to go wit her and they said he was too big.  Her only other option was Dylan.  So Sadie and Dylan had to go together.  Considering these two don't get along at all, it was pretty funny.  But they were good sports.  The last two lines were steeper or something so they let the smaller kids go alone and they did great.  The last line ended by going through a little waterfall, and landing in water.  There was another round of ziplines we could've done but we would've had to wait in line for awhile again so we decided we had done enough and went to go do other stuff.

Hammock Splash was fun and it was a short line so bonus!  You ride the hammock and land in the water.

There were a few things to do in the underground tunnels.  One was swimming (with life jackets) for a few miles.  Another was "adventure" which was shallow enough to walk but we climbed over obstacles, went down slides, etc.  They also had rafts but we ran out of time (and some kids ran out of patience) so we didn't do that one.

Lunch was included and we enjoyed the food, including the soft serve ice cream.

They had these amphibious vehicles (able to go on land and water).  Though I'm not sure how much water they could actually handle.  We did go through some puddles but not much.  It was fun to drive through tunnels, but it was about 3 miles and us girls thought it was a little long.  Sadie was in the back so she couldn't hear us talking much, and it was a bumpy ride and it smelled like gas.  It was also quite hot when we weren't in the water or tunnels.
