I took Kylee and Averi up to Kelly’s Canyon to snowboard
(Averi skis). It was a great day! We had a lot of fun. I let them miss half of school for this, but
it was worth it to avoid the crowds of the weekend. The school ski trips were cancelled this year because there wasn't enough snow at Kelly's. I was bummed because I was going to put Dylan is skiing lessons. It was two years ago that he tried and it was hard. I think he would enjoy it now. Oh well, next year.
After only a couple months, Kylee got her braces off and now uses a retainer.
Sadie has some cute earrings :) And she got braces. It was pretty annoying trying to get her to
remember to put bands on after she ate and stuff. They had to pull her bottom teeth back. It’s amazing how much space that expander
created.
Dylan got glasses! He
was not happy about it. And it took like
four weeks for them to get here because there was a mistake made at the
office. That was frustrating since I
called multiple times to check on them and nobody tried to see if there was a
problem, just said, “nope they aren’t here yet.” So then when I asked them to please check
since it had been an extraordinarily long time, they realized they were ordered
wrong and had to order them then, which made me wait another week. Anyway, Dylan didn’t want to get glasses but
once we got them he wore them without fighting me. When we remembered, at least.
Dylan playing chess against Grandpa. I love that they have things like this to do
together.
Kaden has a LOT of Lightning McQueen cars now!
I had a couple extra boys over one day. They were pretty cute.
I still love seeing that little guy sleeping through the
monitor.
Kylee was invited to Anna’s house for National Popcorn Day
for a popcorn party. Fun!
A picture from Jen’s birthday dinner. Good company!
Jen and I went to a SUP yoga class. We had been wanting to try it, and it was fun
but hard! We would’ve gone back but it’s
hard to get away at 6pm on a Thursday.
We were pretty impressed that all of us could do a backbend, or ‘bridge’
as the kids call it in gymnastics. (I'm the one in the white shirt and Jen is the last one)
I finally got to see The Greatest Showman with my three
brunette babes.
Liza asked Kehau and Takara and I to be in a promotional
video for the Apple. It was fun. I ran on the treadmill with Takara. Liza did the stair stepper. Kehau did the elliptical.
I saw this on someone's intagram and I really liked it!
