Kaden is on a competitive soccer team now and his coach gave them a challenge to do 1000 touches on the ball every day. He's been doing it really well! But he's also practicing hard kicks into our net. I got him this Messi kit from Amazon and he loves it and it encourages him to play soccer too.
Sadie attended a dance camp that had younger girls and some of the older girls were there helping. Sadie is still enjoying dance!
Ryan and I followed her down, helped carry stuff in, then took her to Walmart to pick up some food and a few other things it seemed like she needed, like these plastic drawers.
She's living in Millenial Towers, which is really nice but it's not right on campus.
She had to take a Freshman orientation class before school started. She got in the same class as her friend Claire from her soccer team. She hung out with Claire and all the girls in her dorm. Kylee was the only one so far away from campus. There were a lot of events she had to make her way up to campus for. Luckily once school actually started, she figured out how to easily take the bus.
She went to football games, even though she doesn't love them. She really was trying hard to be social but it was out of her comfort zone and not her favorite stuff to do.
To end the month, we attended the funeral for Grandma Mary Byington. She was like 98 years old and had many family and friends to remember her together.
