We always have a great time on the 4th. This year we had quite a big group! Tina and Heather both came with their husband's and kids. Great Grandma Mary came with Diane. And Wanda is hear every year, along with Sara and Dan.
We always have a blast playing games with the kids. Grandma's sand search for coins.
Ring toss for prizes
I was quite surprised how well the kids did on the dice game! It's not easy.
Both Rachel and Josh rocked the ping pong shake game.
Target practice
We are lucky to have so many fun cousins that we get to spend time with!
Dylan has a habit of ruining pictures lately...
Funny kids
We were all a little tired this year and decided to forgo doing the river and instead hang out at Jeff and Brooke's house doing our own fireworks, riding the 4-wheeler and roasting marshmallows on the fire.
I love, love the joy on Rachel's face. She is such a fun girl!
This was how loaded the 4-wheeler was when a cop car came strolling past. Luckily Ryan was on the other side of the block and was able to pull into the garage before the cop saw him. This isn't exactly the safest way to ride.
The kids had a blast with the glow bracelets.
From up this high, the river fireworks aren't too impressive. But luckily their neighbors were lighting off their own gigantic fireworks so we got to enjoy these ones right above our head.
