Island Park Paddle

 Jen and I decided to go paddle the river.  Ryan was in Island Park working on the cabin we just bought. (We invested in a cabin with our friend Mark and they are in the process of renovating it and getting it ready because it has been vacant and it's in bad shape.  It is in a cool spot right along the river where we float and right by Mack's Inn)  

I invited my kids and the boys didn't want to go.  Sadie wasn't actually all that excited to go either but I convinced her to hang out with Jen's girls.

I love this float!  It's so nice.  But we got rained on and it was quite cold and Sadie was not happy and she was basically mad that I had convinced her to come.  We just kept paddling and the rain eventually stopped.  It is definitely not as fun and pretty when it's raining.

We got ice cream at Mack's Inn and I thought Cafe Sabor sounded yummy but we didn't want to sit and eat then so I took the kids to Cafe Sabor back at home.  Yum!  I love that Mack's Inn has both Reed's Dairy and Aggie Ice Cream.
